How to enroll at university with no money?

The People’s Republic of China has established a variety of strategic partnerships promoting  exchanges, and mutual understanding at a global level. 

As such, it has provided a series of scholarship programs to sponsor international students, teachers, including scholars to study and conduct researches in Chinese universities.
According to China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), China provides 10,000 government scholarships every year to countries along the Belt and Road that extends to Europe.
The China Scholarship Council(referred to as CSC)is responsible for the enrollment, and the administration of Chinese Government Scholarship programs, which are provided by 279 top Chinese universities.
A scholarship covers the tuition fees, accommodation fees as well as medical insurance fees. Besides, students receive a stipend of CNY 2500 per month to cover other costs, allowing students to enjoy their studies.
Chinese local governments and universities will also provide different scholarship programs that differ in their offerings.
